Управління матеріальними потоками в системі виробничого менеджменту (на прикладі газорозподільних підприємств)

Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено дослідженню і розробці теоретичних та науково-методичних засад управління матеріальними потоками суб’єктів нафтогазо вого комплексу України.

Обгрунтовано схему взаємодії матеріальних потоків ГРП (газорозподільних підприємств), побудованої з врахуванням розроблених критеріїв управління, яка, на відміну від існуючих, сприяє реалізації управлінських рішень, які забезпечують координацію взаємопов’язаних потокових процесів.

Дано практичні рекомендації щодо організації контролю за управлінням матеріальними потоками. Розроблено збалансовану систему показників, що використовується для обґрунтування управлінських рішень із залученням показника ділової активності, який дає змогу визначити тенденції руху матеріальних потоків;

Розроблено методичний підхід щодо управління матеріальними потоками на операційному рівні, що передбачає раціональну організацію матеріальних потоків, дозволяючи скоротити виробничі запаси на всіх стадіях постачального, виробничого і збутового процесів, а також зменшити тривалість і відхилення від контрактних термінів виконання замовлень.

Побудовано імітаційну модель оцінки структури матеріальних потоків в управлінському циклі підприємств, яка дає змогу обгрунтувати нормативи обсягів окремих елементів оборотних засобів, а також прогнозувати динаміку техніко-економічних показників при різних сценаріях зміни як внутрішніх (тривалості виробничих циклів, зміна технології, принципів розподілу грошових коштів), так і зовнішніх (надійність і тривалість поставок і реалізації, форми оплати) умов функціонування ГРП (газорозподільних підприємств).

The objective of the theses is to research and develop the theoretical and scientific-methodological basis of material flows management at the enterprises of the Ukrainian oil and gas complex.

It has developed the formation basis of strategic objectives that generalize the processes of planning, creation, standardization, information and personnel supply in the field of natural gas production and transporting.

It has also justified the scheme of the material flows interaction at gas distributing enterprises which is based on the consideration of the already developed management criteria. Unlike the existing schemes, the suggested one supports the implementation of the managerial decisions that coordinate the interrelated flows.

Practical recommendations for the control over the material flows have been suggested. A balanced system of indicators that are used to justify the managerial decisions has been developed. It includes the business activities indicator that allows to identify the tendencies in material flows movement.

The methods of approach to the material flows management on the operational level have been developed. It provides for rational organization of material flows which allows to decrease the production supplies at all stages of supplying, producing and selling processes. It also allows to decrease the time and deviations from the control terms of fulfilling orders.

A simulation assessment model of the material flows management in the managerial cycle of a business has been built. It allows to justify the volume norms of certain working capital elements as well as to forecast the dynamics of the technical-economic indicators in various change scenarios of both internal (the time of production cycles, technological changes, principals of cash distribution) and external (reliability and duration of supplies and sales, forms of settlement) conditions of gas distributing enterprises.
