Врахування рельєфу при визначенні площ фізичної поверхні місцевості

Abstract

У дисертаційній роботі теоретично обгрунтовано та розроблено методику обчислення площ земельних ділянок з врахуванням рельєфу фізичної поверхні місцевості. В результаті досліджень розроблена методика, яка дозволяє оцінювати складність рельєфу земельних ділянок з використанням безрозмірного середнього показника складності її фізичної поверхні. Виконано дослідження впливу масштабу карти на точність визначення площ фізичної поверхні місцевості з урахуванням рельєфу. Досліджено визначення фізичної площі земельних ділянок, рельєф яких представлений у вигляді TIN та GRID моделі. Результати експериментальних досліджень підтвердили ефективність розроблених методик при прийнятті рішень раціонального використання та охорони земельного фонду.

It is theoretically proved and developed a technique of calculation of areas of land parcels taking relief of a physical surface of terrain into account in dissertation. As a result of research the technique which allows to estimate relief complexity of land parcels with use of a dimensionless average index of complexity of its physical surface is developed. It is investigated the scale influence of the map on accuracy of definition of areas of a physical surface of terrain taking relief into account. It is established that with increase of quantity of partition of the parcel there is an effect similar to effect of "fractals". Two limitation criteria of partition are offered in dissertation: the first uses graphic accuracy of definition of position of points on plans and maps which makes m =0,2mm for concrete scale; and the second is connected with an average error of relief surveying concerning the nearest points which is equal 1/3 heights of section of a relief (h). Similar principles are used at creation of covering in mobile communication, the technique of search of the land parcels proceeding from their complexity and quantity of rotary points is developed. It is executed a research of definition of physical area of land parcels that have a TIN- and GRID-model relief. Results of experimental researches have confirmed efficiency of the developed techniques at decision-making of rational land use and protection of land fund.
