Інформаційна модель контролю моменту обертання стола ротора бурової установки з дизельним приводом УРАЛМАШ-3000БД

Abstract

Розроблена модель крутного моменту на столі ротора Mp = f (ωд ) бурової установки УРАЛМАШ-3000 БД з груповим приводом від дизельних двигунів В2-450АВ-СЗ. Використовуючи цю модель, можна створити систему контролю на базі мікропроцесорної техніки, яка дозволить з високою точністю контролювати момент обертання на столі ротора. Розроблену модель рекомендується впроваджувати в мікропроцесорні системи контролю крутного моменту на столі ротора бурових установок УРАЛМАШ-3000БД, УРАЛМАШ-125БД-70, УРАЛМАШ-125БД з груповим дизельним приводом від двигунів В2-450АВ-С2 або В2-450АВ-СЗ.

The model of the twisting moment on the table of rotor Mp — f(ωд ) of boring installation URALMASH-3000BD with a group drive of diesel engines V2-450AV-C3 is worked out. Using this model it is possible о create the monitoring system on the basis of microprocessor engineering, which will permit to supervise the moment of rotation on the table of rotor with high accuracy. The working out model is recommended to be used in microprocessor monitoring systems of the twisting moment on a table of a rotor of boring installations URALMASH-3000BD, URALMASH-125BD- 70, URALMASH-125BD with a group diesel drive from engines V2-450AV-C2 or V2-450AV-C3.
