| Abstract: | Анализируются вопросы влияния цены на жилье, уровня платежеспособного спроса населения на доступность ипотечных кредитов. Наведены характеристики современного рынка недвижгшости в Украине, а также факторы существенного повышения цен на жилье. Аргументировано реальный спрос на ипотечный кредит. The questions of influence the price on the dwelling, the level of the solvent demand of population on the access of mortgage credits are analysed in article. The article involves the characteristics of the modern real estate market in Ukraine, and the factors of essential increase of the prices for habitation. It is argued the real demand for the mortgage credit. |
